All the diagnoses were done online and send some pictures of phone’s body over email and thats it, once price fixed there is no further negotiations happening unlike Cashify and no fraudulent calls like Olx and quickr so experience was better then rest.

One thing they can improve that easy ways for customer to reach out as when i handedover my phone to pickup guy there was no person i can call up and get assurance that phone is handed over correctly and how long will take to get payment which really made me skeptic until payment received after two hours.

I had a very bad experience in terms of their app and the customer support.
You download the app, give ALL the permissions in your phone to test it - they fix a prize and say order placed.
They gave a call - i failed to attend; tried calling back - call is not getting connected.
Tried to check the status on customer support- tried both chat and also call - call was unattended saying no support agents; chat at times will ask for the order id - then after providing no response back. At times chat also gives no support agent available.
I wish you provide a better customer support where we could share or check any concerns or updates - than spacing us out wondering if it’s a spam or a genuine one.
Also the lady who gave a call to verify the details, the moment i was conveying the same to her-she was getting upset with me for conveying it - unwilling to even listen what i had to say.
I hope you pls provide a better communicating platform to the customers than such rude and ignorant behaviour people to assist us with and also pls improve the hopeless chat.
If there are no one to assist on Saturdays and Sundays, you can provide that as an automated msg so we will understand the same.
This app provides no clarity once you fix the price.

Had a good experience in giving the phone away with InstaCash. They are quoting better price than Cashify, OLX etc and I would recommend to check their buy back value once before you trade in your old device. The diagnostic Engineer MR. Nirmal was very polite in his approach and was patient enough to run all the tests, explain the process and finalising the But Back Process. The Amount was received in the Bank Account within few Seconds !
